Name: Pick the first half of your name to your liking. Say you pick "leaf".
All kits start out with the second half of their name as "kit" so, if you chose leaf, and you were a kit, your name would be "Leafkit".
All apprentices start out with the second half of their name as "paw". If you chose leaf, your name would become "Leafpaw".
Warriors are different. If you are a warrior, you get to chose your entire full name. All kits and apprentices will eventually become warriors, so, don't chose a warrior just to have your full name.
Say I was leafpaw, and now that I'm going to be a warrior, I can get a new name. So, I can chose anything from Leafwhisker, to Leafsong. It's up to you.
Age: Your age will be the age of your character, which must be written (typed) in moons. The age ranges are:
Kit: 0-5 moons
Apprentice: 6-10 moons
Warrior [and above]: Over 11 moons
Gender: This one is pretty self-explanitory. You're either a Tom (boy/male) or a She-cat (girl/female) Keep in mind, you cannot be both! o.O
Desired Clan: There are four Clans you can choose from: LionClan, TigerClan, CougarClan, or CougarClan.
Desired Position/Rank: Here, you will simply list whether you want to start out as a kit, apprentice, or warrior. You may not choose queen, although you can become a queen once you find a mate and agree on having kits.

Physical Description: Describe your character! Please include any coat features/patterns, distinct markings or battle scars etc. If you wish to include a picture of your character, then you still must give a thorough and detailed description(As pictures are optional).
History: Please create a thorough and detailed outline of your character's past. Make sure you include all of the important details that shaped your cat's personality, gave him/her any distinguishing markings, etc. "Clanborn" does not cover it.
